I downloaded a 30-day free trial of MyScriptforLivescribe but it can’t read my writing and the text edit feature isn’t activated for some reason (b/c it’s just a free trial?). Anyway, I’m VERY interested in being able to go from handwriting to text… What do you recommend?

Nita Lou, I swear I find new ways the pen is cool and useful nearly every time I pick it up.

Thanks for this post. Even though I was right there when you gave the live demonstration of this pen I didn’t quite “get” how having one could benefit me. After reading reasons #1 and 2, above, I do now! I spent a fair amount of time yesterday transcribing into a Word document portions of a novel I wrote by hand while on a recent trip out of state sans laptop. I could have used that precious time yesterday to write new pages.

I think I just found the money in my writing budget to make this purchase. And I’m delighted that SCN will reap some benefit from it.
